Privacy policy
How Agence Tremaweb Inc. collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with Quebec's Law 25.

1. Who we are
Agence Tremaweb Inc. ("Tréma", "we") is a Quebec business corporation, NEQ 1181697245, with its head office in Montréal (Québec) H2S 2T1. We operate tremaweb.com and provide web design, SEO and Google Ads campaign management to businesses.
2. Privacy officer
Grégory Rouvelin, president, is the person in charge of the protection of personal information at Tréma. You can reach him through our contact form or by mail at the head office. He handles access and correction requests, and complaints.
3. Information we collect
- Quote or contact form: name, email, phone, company name, service requested, approximate budget and your message.
- Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and answers under its own policy. We receive that information to hold the meeting.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, through the cookies described in section 5.
We collect no sensitive information and we never sell your data.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To hold the meeting you booked and follow up.
- To measure the effectiveness of our own Google Ads campaigns (conversions).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent (form, cookies) and on the need to respond to a request you send us.
5. Cookies
The site uses Google Ads cookies to measure whether our ads lead to a quote request or a booking. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings, or turn off ad personalization in your Google ad settings. The site works fully without cookies.

The site also loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. No cookie is set in the process.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed by providers acting on our behalf:
- Google LLC: Google Ads (conversion measurement), Google Apps Script and Google Workspace (receiving and storing form submissions), Google Fonts. Servers may be located outside Quebec, notably in the United States.
- Calendly LLC: call booking, United States.
These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments. Where information is communicated outside Quebec, we have assessed that the level of protection is adequate within the meaning of Law 25.
7. Retention
Quote requests and our exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then for at most 3 years after our last exchange. Contractual and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires. Google Ads conversion data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Forms include bot protection and a time-stamped token. Access to data is limited to the privacy officer. No system is infallible: in the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec as the law requires.
9. Your rights
At any time you can:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent;
- ask that it stop being disseminated or be deleted, where the law allows;
- obtain a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).
10. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. For a significant change, a notice will be displayed on the site.
